Meet Dr. Thomas

My name is Sheeba Thomas, and I am a South Asian American licensed clinical psychologist.  I have worked in the field of mental health for over 20 years, treating children, adolescents, and their families, as well as adults.  I work primarily from a cognitive-behavioral orientation, but am integrative and tailor my treatment to the needs of my individual clients.  However, I work within my scope of practice and will refer out if necessary, in the best interest of my client. 

Outside of work, I am a lifelong New Englander, a wife and proud mother of two, and a daughter of Indian immigrants whose sacrifices are never forgotten.  I am grounded in my faith and enjoy music, reading, working out, and spending time with loved ones.
